REGIONS & DISTRICTS LAW LAW NO: 23 OF 2002, AS AMENDED IN 2007

The 2002 Regions & Districts Law was revised in 2007 and now runs to 105 Articles and a schedule. Almost all the 2002 provisions have survived.  No English language translation of the changes are available, yet.   A list of the headings of all the Articles in English shall be available here in the near future.
